Hope your car doesn’t have the same headlight motors mine did. The gears were plastic and would grind themselves to pieces because the motor keeps working after the light has been popped up or down for a bit. Someone out there made brass gear replacements. I brought them and they lasted about a month or so until the plastic stop tabs near the mechanism broke, and they were a part of a $800 piece of the nose, so that shit wasn’t getting replaced...

I just left the lights up all the time by the end of it (the system had an easy way for you to just prop them up all the time. Guess they knew how shit it was). Absolute worst cost cutting bullshit pop up headlight design. I hope whatever you got doesn’t employ it. I’m not against owning another GM car, but I’d drink raw dexcool before getting another pop-up headlight car with a GM nameplate on it.
